Organizations can create a single class or event, as well as groups of classes or events. Classes or events may be workshops, they may meet one-time, or they may have recurring occurrence. Each type can be managed with Imperisoft.
Organizations can publish to their own website the Class or Event Date, Time, Instructor, Location, Tuition or Fee, if any, along with any other additional fees, optional items, or special notes.
Organizations can manage capacity, wait lists, rosters and attendance, and easily performs transfers, drops, make-ups, or class cancellations. Imperisoft allows for offering one-time, introductory sessions, and managing or assigning one or multiple instructors to an event or class.
Contacts may be categorized into multiple categories or groups. Contacts may belong to one or multiple accounts, have complex relationships with different accounts, all while maintaining the integrity of the contact information, and providing for separate billing and account management. Imperisoft allows for managing categories, designations, status, referral sources, and other attributes.
Organizations can easily view full contact information, review detailed communications history, and even store a photo for every contact. Organizations can manage follow-ups to contacts and assign tasks out within the organization.
