Imperisoft helps organizations to prospect for new students and to better manage relationships with existing students.  Imperisoft allows for custom marketing opportunities. Imperisoft allows organizations to market and communicate directly from within the application to any single, group, or entire list of contacts.  Any contact category can be managed, marketed to, or communicated with.

Contact information can be searched for, creating a unique contact list that can be exported into various file types or emailed directly and saved to the contact notes from within the application.

When sending emails they are delivered individually from the application with a selectable “reply to” field.  Organizations can manage “opt in” lists separately for newsletters and other forms of communications.  Communications, including emails sent to a contact, are saved to the notes of a contact record. 

Organizations can manage multiple contact addresses, track referral sources, and recognize dynamic relationships.  Email correspondence may contain merge fields, have files and images attached, and may even be written from an html format.
